Land O’ Goshen Farm Event Center Inclusion List

  • Nine giant (10’ long by 4’ wide) White and Red Oak slab tables and one Beech Live Edge table for the bridal party of the same specifications. Tables seat 120 guests.


  • 200 Black Resin Wood Chairs.


  • Thirteen Bourbon Barrel high top cocktail tables & ten old fashioned Bar Stools.



  • Bridal Suite comes comfortably furnished with an outlet friendly make up bar, wall mirror, and tall mirror


  • Groom’s Room comes luxuriously furnished with dark leather and a bar to match. A humidor, fridge, and plenty of seating ensure this room will be popular.


  • Large Prep Room- Used by Caterers, has a 49.5 cu. ft. Industrial Refrigerator, 3 comp sink, 2 comp sink, mop sink, ice machine, deep freezer, oven warmers, stainless steel tables with outlets overhead in the ceiling.


  • Welcome table made out of a old barn door for your photos and items. Mason jars, old farm pieces, table place numbers, luminary candle bags, wood centerpieces and welcome table décor are provided, but don’t have to be used.



  • Small stained rectangular wooden flower boxes.



  • Men & Women’s Restrooms built for parties of up to 400 guests, even though our capacity is 200.  No lines in the restrooms.




  • 1500 sq. ft. Amish built deck w rail and concrete platform at the foot of steps. Plenty of space to put Bourbon Barrel tables and up to two different bartending stations.



  • 500 sq. ft. Covered Leisure Area comes comfortably furnished w Elegant    wicker furniture and space for bourbon barrel tables as well.


  • 4 Wedding Arches to choose from: White Birch Wedding Arch, White Oak Ladder Wedding Arch, 3 Piece 6White Oak Arch, 2 Piece Upside Down V Poplar Arch.


  • 3-4 people on staff during weddings to ensure everything is in order and going smoothly, help with parking, guiding to barn (signage will be used generously).  We are NOT wedding coordinators though.



  • Rental is all day, from 8am to 11:00 pm


  • 52 car gravel parking lot, handicap parking in front of the barn, and limo/catering van parking lot located across from the event center.  



  • Access to Farm- So many different places with beautiful backdrops for photography: tree nursery, corn fields, pastures, etc. We also welcome engagement photo shoots on the farm.


  • 4 Half barrel flower pots will be staged on each post outside in the Leisure   Area. The front of the barn and the deck will be decorated with flowers as well.



  • Two flat screen televisions located in the Leisure Area and Groom’s Room. The 70” is located in the leisure area and the 32” in the grooms room. 500 + Channels


  • High Speed WiFi 


  • Ivory white Drapery added to the Front Entrance, Side Entrance, and along the posts and running boards above the dance floor in the main hall.


  • Market Lights added above the dance floor in the main hall. 


  • Ten circular tables that seat 80 guests. With tables and chairs, it brings our 

                  seating capacity to 200.


  • On Site Security- Off Duty Police Officers are employed to help keep everybody safe.  In the 2 rare events when we had elderly guests that have had health emergencies, they proved their worth and brought ambulances to the barn within 5 minutes, quite possibly saving lives. From calling it in, rushing to the front to meet them, and rushing back w the ambulances to provide immediate lifesaving care. They are an amazing help. Also, if the bride or groom has a problem w any unwelcome guests, they will gladly step in at their discretion and ask them to leave and save our clients any hassle so that the party doesn’t miss a beat.


  • Professionally installed twelve-foot-long retractable projector screen with remote, located above the venue’s large back barn door inside the barn.


  • Four-foot-long Walnut Mini Bar that can be used as a second station with the rolling six foot Maple Bar. Can be used inside or outside. 


  • Greenery Hedge wall back drop aka Grass Wall Décor.  10’ wide by 8’ tall.
